 Job Description: Programme Associate: Proposal Writing and Resource Mobilization.

  • Proposal writing, design and implementation.
  • New Initiatives for Income generation and Organizational Sustainability.
  • Sourcing and Identifying relevant donor agencies to fund proposals.
  • Liaison and networking with local and international NGO’s.
  • Resource mobilization and funding leverage.
  • Day-to day administration and management responsibility in the office.
  • Carry out any other assignment as directed by Executive Director or his/her designate.

  • Project monitoring, evaluation and report writing;
  • New Initiatives for Income generating and Organizational Sustainability.
  • Workshop curriculum design and facilitation of training programmes.
  • Representing the organization at funtions.
  • Liaison and networking with local and international NGO’s.
  • Capacity building/training at various locations.
  • Day-to day administration and management responsibility in the office.
  • Carry out any other assignment as directed by Executive Director or his/her designate.

 

Job Description: Marketing & Event Management

  • Organising theme Parties for children and Adults
  • New Initiatives for Income generations.
  • Representing the organization at funtions.
  • Liaison and networking with Schools,Government,Individuals and corporate
  • Organisations for monthly and yearly events.
  • Day-to day administration and management responsibility in the office.
  • Carry out any other assignment.
  • Marketing/training

Customer Service Executive

Managing client communications is the chief responsibility of a Customer Service Advisor. You will interact directly with potential, new and existing clients. You will provide quality customer service, while increasing the company’s revenues through increased sales. As a Customer Service Advisor your task include the following but not limited:
•  Handling enquiries
•  Answering incoming calls
•  Offering customers products and services
•  Performing administrative functions
•  Updating client accounts
•  Processing customer correspondence
